Votive candles are available for a $3.00 donation. Envelopes are available at the church entrances. Please place them in the basket near the image of the Holy Family. The burning candle is a symbol of our desire to keep a prayerful vigil in the Lordís presence. The burning candle can also be a symbol of our novena intentions.

You may write your novena intentions in the binder that is available at the rear 6th avenue entrance. The binder will be carried to the altar during each liturgy.

Sunday, March 18th, the seventh day of our novena will be a Eucharistic Day of Prayer. The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed from after the noon Mass until Vespers and Benediction at 5:30 p.m. The Novena Prayer will be said during Vespers at 5:30 p.m. as well as during the morning Masses. We are pleased to welcome harpist, Rylie Whitaker, who will begin playing at 5:00 p.m

Prayer before the Blessed Sacrament is a wonderful way to honor the sacramental presence of Sacred Heart of Jesus. Exposition is intended to acknowledge Christís marvelous presence in the sacrament. Exposition invites us to the spiritual union with Him that culminates in sacramental communion. Thus it fosters very well the worship, which is due Christ in spirit and in truth.

The monetary collection at each evening Mass of the novena will help defray the costs of musicians, printings, advertisements, etc. Gratitude is extended to you for your generosity.

The Sacrament of the Sick will be celebrated during the 11:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Masses on the second day of our novena, Tuesday, March 13. Participants who would like to be anointed are asked to sit in the seats designated for that purpose.

You are encouraged to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation during our novena. Please refer to the above schedule for the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

Gratitude is extended to our cantors, musicians and choir who will lead us during our novena liturgies. Appreciation is also extended to the readers, ushers, servers and extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion.
