Catholics Returning To The Church

Do you know someone who has been away from the Church and is seeking to find a way back? Invite them to re-connect with the church by participating in a Catholics Returning to the Church session. Please call the parish office (943-8553) for details.

What are inquiry sessions? Inquiry sessions are for anyone who would like to simply inquire about the Catholic Faith, learn more about how one goes about becoming a Catholic, and how does the Catholic Church welcome new members?

Inquiry Sessions are currently conducted at the Sacred Heart Formation at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings.

The Rite of Christian Initiation is the church's process for inviting adults and children into the Catholic Faith. It is the phase that follows the Inquiry Sessions. The Christian Initiation process provides an understanding of the Catholic Faith, using Scripture, tradition, and instruction. It is for those who desire to seek God and to be drawn into closer intimacy with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. More importantly, it is a time when an individual is invited to hear God calling them personally and feel God drawing their heart closer to himself. For more information please contact Father Lubomir Strecok at 943-8553

The Catechumenate is the time following the Inquiry Period, whereby individuals make a commitment to continue their learning and reflecting process and aspire to become Fully Initiated in the Faith.
